Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Overview: LaFayette Ford has an immediate need for an AR/AP Clerk (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable). Our Finance Office operates 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. This position is paid hourly depending on experience. We offer great benefits packages including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K option.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle all duties assigned by Accounting Department
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Billing, Finance, or Accounting required
• Car dealership experience preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail a must
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must have an understanding of basic computer and Excel skills
• High school diploma or better
