Used Lincoln MKC Buying Guide
To put a friendlier price on premium performance, check out the used Lincoln MKC. This compact luxury crossover is loaded with everything you need to enjoy an upscale cruise, including a smooth, refined performance, high-tech infotainment gear, and premium cabin comfort.
First Generation: 2015-2019
This used Lincoln compact crossover transforms your daily drive into a luxurious one. The MKC might be built on the Escape chassis, but its upscale style and plush interior are quite a step up from Ford’s compact crossover. These used luxury crossovers feature everything from sleek, modern tech features to tasteful wood interior trim.
At the outset of this generation, the MKC’s base engine, a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, offered 240 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. For the 2019 model year, Lincoln gave this engine a little more pep, increasing output to 240 horses and 275 pound-feet of torque.
Throughout this generation, MKC shoppers could add an optional turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine (285 hp, 305 lb-ft) to the Reserve and Black Label trim models.
Both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive was an option for every trim model, so finding a used MKC with this sporty performance gear shouldn’t be too much trouble.
You can shop for four used Lincoln MKC trim models: base, Select, Reserve, and Black Label. Each adds to the last with more luxury features. The standard tech lineup is impressive, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Sync 3 infotainment, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
With the base model, you’ll enjoy a power liftgate and automatic LED headlights. The Select adds upgraded leather upholstery and ambient interior lighting. Choose the Reserve for flashy 20-inch wheels and a hands-free liftgate. The Black Label is fully loaded, adding premium leather upholstery, adaptive suspension dampers, and exclusive styling.
Lincoln added a few new features from model year to model year. Take a quick look at our timeline to learn which changes occurred when:

What happened to the Lincoln MKC?
Wondering why the MKC tapers off after 2019? Lincoln replaced the MKC with the Corsair for the 2020 model year. Like the MKC, the Corsair is also based on the Ford Escape. However, compared to the MKC, the Corsair adds even more luxury, tech, and premium engine options.
